Design Engineer (m/f/d)
We will only have a real impact if we scale our technology and plan, develop and standardize it professionally. That is why we are looking for innovative design engineers (m/f/d) to strengthen our “Chemical Reactors” team.
Your tasks
- CAD-supported new design, modification and further development of chemical reactors (reverse water gas shift and Fischer-Tropsch reactors), frames and vessels
- Static and dynamic strength calculations (FEM, according to AD2000 regulations)
- Production and inspection-compliant creation of component and assembly drawings, assembly and interface drawings as well as parts lists and documentation
- Ensuring manufacturability with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintenance and development of product and development life cycles
- Continuous improvement and standardization of our products and development processes
- Close cooperation with other departments (systems engineering, production, quality, etc.)
Your profile
- Successfully completed bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or further training as a mechanical engineer (m/f/d) or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in the field of design
- Confident knowledge of Autodesk Inventor
- Experience with FEM desirable (Ansys)
- GD&T shape and position tolerances
- Design of mechanically machined components and welded assemblies
- ERP knowledge
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
