Executive Assistant (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- Supporting the management in day-to-day business
- Taking over the scheduling and tracking of appointments, as well as the organization and coordination of meetings (internal and external) and events including preparation and follow-up
- Maintenance of contact databases
- Organization and coordination in the entire technical area
- Managing cooperative and goal-oriented collaboration with all specialist departments
- Discretion and confidentiality as the management's right-hand man
Your profile
- Completed commercial training in office management, hotel specialist / hotel manager / office clerk / assistant or in another service-oriented industry or a completed university degree
- First professional experience as (executive) assistant or assistant at board level (preferably in a dynamic environment and / or in the technical field)
- Strong coordination and organizational skills as well as strong communication skills and interpersonal empathy
- High motivation and aplomb even in hectic phases
- High technical affinity and proficient in the use of common MS Office programs
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
