HR Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • You are responsible for the entire employee life cycle - from onboarding to employee feedback, career development, talent management, health management and offboarding
  • As sparring partner for our managers, you will advise them regarding annual promotion, target setting and salary development processes
  • Ensuring an excellent candidate experience by leading the recruiting process for your departments with focused external support to win extraordinary talents
  • Providing impetus for necessary changes in the organisation within your area of responsibility
  • Be responsible for checking employment contracts and preparing documents for your areas of responsibility in cooperation with our administration team
  • Pushing forward the optimisation and digitalisation of HR processes
  • You will manage various HR projects in the planning and implementation phases

Your profile

  • Degree in economics or human resources management or a comparable qualification
  • Extensive pertinent professional experience as HR Business Partner (m/f/d), ideally in the fields of manufacturing, energy storage, plant engineering or in the chemical industry
  • You are an innovative and practice-oriented HR expert (m/f/d) with expertise in the most recent recruiting trends and firm in labour and data protection law
  • You are service-oriented, excellent in communication at all levels and think in an analytical and business-oriented way
  • You are fluent in German and English - great, then you will fit in perfectly at INERATEC!
  • Willingness to be on site at least 2 to 3 days per week
