Product development Intern (m/f/d)
We will only have a real impact if we scale our technology and plan, develop and standardize it professionally. That is why we are looking for interns who enjoy varied and responsible tasks to strengthen our “Chemical Reactors” and “Engineering” teams.
Your tasks
- Team Chemical Reactors (Simulation)
- CAD design and drawing derivation of microstructured reactors
- Supplier and technology research
- Maintaining inventory management
- Design and implementation of standardized work processes in development, production and assembly
- Independent supervision of assembly and collaboration in reactor construction
- Collaboration in the design of pressure vessels and strength calculations
- Chemical reactors team (production support)
- Support with the introduction of new production processes & quality methods
- Supplier and technology research
- Maintenance of inventory management
- Design and implementation of standardized work processes in development, production and assembly
- Independent supervision of assembly and collaboration in reactor construction
- Team Engineering
- Support in the creation of project documentation (specifications, flow diagrams, lists, etc.)
- Support with process simulation in DWSim/Matlab
- Supplier and technology research
- Support for technical purchasing
Your profile
- Ongoing studies in mechanical engineering (Chemical Reactors team), chemical engineering or process engineering (Engineering team)
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- Basic technical understanding
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
