Executive Assistant (m/f/d)

Use your organizational talent and communication skills and help to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Your tasks

  • Supporting the management in day-to-day business
  • Taking over the scheduling and tracking of appointments, as well as the organization and coordination of meetings (internal and external) and events including preparation and follow-up
  • Maintenance of contact databases
  • Organization and coordination in the entire technical area
  • Managing cooperative and goal-oriented collaboration with all specialist departments
  • Discretion and confidentiality as the management's right-hand man

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training in office management, hotel specialist / hotel manager / office clerk / assistant or in another service-oriented industry or a completed university degree
  • First professional experience as (executive) assistant or assistant at board level (preferably in a dynamic environment and / or in the technical field)
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills as well as strong communication skills and interpersonal empathy
  • High motivation and aplomb even in hectic phases
  • High technical affinity and proficient in the use of common MS Office programs
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
